Abstract

Organisations depend mainly on the mutual understanding and goodwill of the employees to achieve their

objectives. This paper takes a look at public relations role in employee relations, the two-way communication,

and the tools used for employee communications, the objectives, the benefits, and the guidelines for effective

employee communications. A conclusion is drawn from the discussion.
